Quick answers about plans, billing cycles, renewals, and invoices.
You can create three (3) dynamic QR codes with unlimited scans each. You may also create static QR codes with unlimited scans.
If you pay for one year, you get x amount of dynamic QR codes following your plan. They are valid only for that period of time.
You don't get additional dynamic QR codes per year with the same plan. If you need more QR codes, you can upgrade any time to a more advanced plan.
There is no scan limit for dynamic QR codes on any plan (including Free) within the subscription period. Your QR codes will only stop working once the plan expires.
Simply log in to your account and go to our Pricing page. Choose your current plan or upgrade to a higher plan.
You can renew 2 days before your plan expires.
We send out reminder emails before your plan expires. Please watch for it, as it may sometimes be routed to your spam.
Go to My My Account > Settings > Invoice. Type your company name, company address, tax ID, and other details. Then click on Save.

Static QR codes stay free. Paid plans enter the picture when you need editable destinations, scan analytics, bulk tools, or API access. No hidden scan taxes on the free tier.
Unlimited static generation, logo and colour customisation, PNG download, no expiry. No account required to create and download many static types.
Dynamic redirects you can change after print, analytics by location and device, CSV bulk jobs, team features, custom domains on short links, and API automation.
Totals, unique scans, rough geography, device and OS splits, time of day. Enough to compare two poster placements or report offline campaign reach without guessing.
Pick the cycle on the pricing page. Downgrades apply at period end so paid features remain until then. Enterprise volume deals start through contact sales.
Several competitors charge monthly fees for dynamic codes and logos alone. Our free static breadth is the entry point; paid tiers aim to stay straightforward for small teams running real campaigns.
