Accepting these terms

These Terms govern your use of QR Code Rabbit's website, application, API, and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

We may change these Terms. Material updates will appear on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. For important changes affecting paid users, we will give reasonable notice when we can.

What we provide

QR Code Rabbit lets you generate, customise, and manage QR codes. Static codes are free without an account. Dynamic codes with editable destinations and analytics, bulk tools, scanning, and API access are available according to your plan.

We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the Services. We will give notice when practical. We are not liable to you for changes that reasonably improve or maintain the platform.

Accounts

Some features need an account. Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access.

You must be at least 16 to register. By registering, you confirm you meet that requirement.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Services to link to illegal content, malware, phishing, or infringing material; to harass others; to spam; to bypass limits; to scrape or reverse engineer the Services except where law allows; or to resell the Services without our written agreement.

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or creates legal or security risk. That applies to account holders and to misuse of codes created without an account.

Your content and our IP

You own what you upload or encode. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to operate the Services. QR Code Rabbit owns the software, branding, and documentation. You may use QR codes you generate for lawful commercial and personal purposes.

Paid plans

Paid subscriptions bill in advance monthly or annually. Prices are on our pricing page and may change with notice to existing subscribers. Refunds follow the policy shown at checkout.

You may cancel anytime; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. Downgrading may limit dynamic codes or analytics for codes above free limits.

Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every QR code will scan in every environment.

To the extent law allows, QR Code Rabbit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars if you only use the free tier.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify QR Code Rabbit against claims arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of others' rights, including reasonable legal fees.

Law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to courts in India unless consumer law in your country requires otherwise.
